Privacy policy

What data this site collects, for what purposes, for how long, and which rights you can exercise under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is [controller's registered name], with its registered office at [full address], tax code / VAT number [number].

For any request concerning the processing of personal data you can write to privacy@miglioriiptv.it.

[Where the statutory conditions apply, state the Data Protection Officer and their contact details here.]

Which data we process

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures running this site acquire, in the course of ordinary operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols: IP address, browser type and operating system, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and the outcome of the request.

This data is processed by the hosting provider in its own technical logs, to keep the service running and secure and to establish responsibility in the event of computer offences.

Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Statistical measurement data

The site may use a traffic analysis tool (Google Analytics 4) to understand which content readers find useful.

This tool is not activated in the absence of your consent. Until you state a choice through the banner, no measurement cookie is set and no data is sent to the service provider. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the cookie policy.

Legal basis: the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

[At the time of publication the tool is not configured: the measurement identifier field in the site configuration is empty and no analytics script is loaded. Update this section when the tool is switched on, specifying any transfer of data to third countries and the safeguards relied on.]

Data you send voluntarily

If you write to the email addresses published on the contact page, we will process the data contained in your message in order to answer your request. Who receives these messages is stated on the about us page. Providing the data is optional; without it, though, we could not reply.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures, or the legitimate interest in answering communications received.

What we do not do

We do not profile users, we build no advertising segments, we neither sell nor transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes, we use no advertising tracking technology, and we host no embedded third-party content (videos, maps, social panels) capable of tracking your browsing.

How long we keep data

The hosting provider's technical logs are kept for the period set by the provider and by applicable law. Email messages are kept for as long as is needed to deal with the request and for the subsequent period useful for documenting the correspondence. Statistical measurement data, once the tool is active, follows the retention period configured in it.

[Specify the exact periods at legal review.]

Who data may be disclosed to

Data may be processed by parties supplying technical services to the controller, appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR: in particular the provider of the site's hosting and infrastructure and — once activated — the company supplying the statistical measurement tool.

[List the appointed processors by name and role.]

Transfers outside the EU

[If the measurement tool or the hosting involves a transfer of data to third countries, state the country here, the safeguard relied on (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses) and a reference to the documentation.]

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to obtain access to your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Requests should be sent to privacy@miglioriiptv.it. We reply within the time limits set by the Regulation.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), the supervisory authority competent in Italy.

Cookies

The list of cookies used, what they do, and how consent is managed are described in the cookie policy.
