Error reports, requests for correction, copyright notices and proposals to work together: who to write to, and what to include to get a useful reply.

How to reach us

The editorial team's contact channel is the email address redazione@miglioriiptv.it.

For requests concerning personal data, the exercise of rights under the GDPR, or privacy matters, the dedicated address is privacy@miglioriiptv.it, also given in the privacy policy.

Reporting an error

This is the kind of message we care about most. So that we can check it quickly, please include:

  1. The address of the page where you found the error.
  2. The precise location: the section heading, the table row, the exact sentence.
  3. The correct information, if you know it.
  4. The source the correction rests on — the developer's official page, a store listing, a legal text.

Reports accompanied by a source are checked first. Where a correction is substantive, we add a dated correction note to the page, following the rules in the editorial policy.

Requests for correction

If you believe a page contains an inaccurate statement that concerns you directly — as a developer, as a company or personally — write setting out the statement at issue and the grounds for your request. We will reply saying whether we are making the correction and in what form.

To report content you believe infringes your copyright or a related right, write to redazione@miglioriiptv.it including the URL concerned, a description of the right and of the material involved, your identifying details and a means of contact. We will check and reply.

We would note that this site neither publishes nor hosts playlists, video streams or third-party audiovisual content: the pages dealing with these subjects do so for information, within the scope declared in the editorial policy.

Working together and commercial proposals

The rules on affiliates, sponsored content and review products are on the revenue transparency page. Reading them before writing saves time on both sides: in particular, we do not publish content sponsored by anyone offering access to television content without holding the rights to it, and that position is not negotiable.

What we cannot do

We do not provide individual technical support on third-party services, we do not point to where playlists or subscriptions can be found, and we do not give legal advice on any individual's position. For the last two categories you will not receive a reply, and it is worth knowing that before writing.

For recurring technical problems, the pages on buffering and stalls and on the programme guide cover the most common causes.
